A group of shareholders did get together with some money and got an investigation going. Those people that were involved got updates into what was found out through our research from our trip down to ABQ. We also met with the state SEC and had a lawyer do some research for us into a couple of state laws. All of the information that was produced is confidential to the group because we couldn't afford to have a mole within it. All paying members were checked before being added to the list. We were able to double back and track down emails where Jack was posting on SI and Raging bull under certain names. The SEC is loving that info, LOL He had forgot to erase the FF on the bottom of a couple personal ones he had sent to shareholders, ah, technology Anyway, You wouldn't believe some of the crap that we found out. All I can say is that another party was also involved and all of their information and our information was turned over to the proper authorities and there have been a few months of preliminary investigations going on. The attacks on Sept 11 put the whole query on hold and it was just brought back up to active status 3 weeks ago. I can tell you that if you read the news release from ELAW you will see that we stopped the triple J's from selling their restricted stock because they tried to screw us all but we didn't let it happen. There is a current lawsuit filed against 4 people in Nevada court that states how we believe we were wronged. I can't print a copy of it but you can get one from the Clark county courthouse. I can also tell you that the SEC, FBI and US Postal Service have all made inquires and already done interviews with shareholders in the last 6 months. Wheels of justice take time but will prevail. If anyone was involved in Mountain Energy or MTEI which was a total scam, pump and dump, the SEC released their first charges against those guys. 1.35 million in illegal profits taken back with more to come. So hang tight and look to see a nice article hopefully very soon in the ABQ journal about BNEZ and our buddy Jack. I can tell you this, BNEZ was a real company with real products. There were just totally mismanaged and as the days went on, the management just dug into a deeper hole everyday. Of course this is all just my opinion Ohnotsostupidnowandneverwillbeagainonnonreportingcompanies
