I highly doubt, unless you have confidential info from somewhere, that Niles get paid that much ($15M). For one thing, his constant B/S about the biggies like INTC does not endear him to help his firm do any banking work with them. Secondly, I cannot see Niles getting paid more than partners at Goldman, the heads of Merrill, Morgan Stanley, and Lehman Brothers itself.

Or maybe you meant "8" counting the pennies. But, even at that price point, Niles is way overpaid for his stupid and untimely bullshiiiit.
