Let's track Wall Street Analysts here. Most media will not trash high-profiled analysts if they were wrong. For example, Barton Biggs of Morgan Stanley DW gave Barron's in last year's annual 'Roundtable' issue nearly two dozen picks. While he was wrong on nearly 90% of these picks, the editor did not question him and still invited him back for this year's issue. Maybe they wanted to include someone who is consistently wrong. Could be, let's try to monitor real world performance here.
