Again, TP...the 1999 (and the 2000) reports are each for the PREVIOUS 5 years, and projections for the coming 5 years. When/If you read the reports, you will see that some sort of policy should have been developed in the mid 1990's, and (hopefully) updated.

So what did the US do to: Quote: "stop their weapons program".....from 1990-date? I saw in the report several suggestions, but were they implemented?

If Clinton didn't/wouldn't even see his own CIA Director James Woolsey for two years!!!.....how much faith should we have that anything of substance was done?

And honestly, the folks can talk all they want about domestic agendas....but IF we don't get the foreign policies in order, and implemented.....what will ANYTHING matter?

I honestly believe civilization is truly at stake.
