I don't know why you are having trouble with this rather simple concept! But let me help you with an even simpler example: It is my opinion that: In ALL probability, when I turn on this tap, water will issue forth. I do not need to equivocate on that statement because it is near certainty (no "ifs", no "ands", no "buts"). My statement is conclusive without being omniscient.
