Can they roll all that stuff out this year? Well, let's see. Today is the ninth of January, and so far we have: iPod, flat iMac, larger screen iBook, and a software surprise for OS X - iPhoto. If you made the PB screen any bigger, the notebook would have to become too large and heavy. If you're going to screw it up like that, you might as well just make it a PC. So that's at least three out of nine, right? Four if you admit that the PowerBook doesn't need a larger screen. But I don't think that either a Windows AirPort nor a Windows iPod are necessary. First, AirPort already will work with Windows machines. It is 802.11b compliant. I happen to use an Apple AirPort card in my PowerBook with a LinkSys Wireless Access Point that was definitely designed with Windows in mind. I can't see any huge advantage for Apple in trying to compete with all the low-priced Wireless equipment that's already glutting the market by marketing hardware for Windows machines. iPod will work with Windows when somebody releases software for it. It's already in the third beta (I believe), so that's probably only a month or so away. For Apple, having someone else write the Windows software means 1) that they can sell iPods to PC users, 2) that they don't have to answer support calls from those users and 3) it's almost a guarantee that the iPod user experience will still be easier and more seamless on a Mac. That's a trifecta, in my opinion. Faster G4s and probably the G5 are inevitable, and Photoshop for OS X will be released in the second quarter according to Adobe. iWalk. Well, who knows? Maybe they will and maybe they won't. But do you really think they must</> have that? Wouldn't it just be icing on an already delicious cake? Now that we've covered that, what else you got? - Allen
