Who cares if it's illegal. We have overt and covert operations. You can bet some have already been put under the torch. Might be done by Afghan's but there are special ops listening in. Bottom line is we need the info to protect the American people.

There must be some reason this sort of thing isn't currently done to convicted criminals. I can't think of what ot would be though.
