Hey Paul....I did the same....bought Nem on a pullback and sold it for .60....same with ABX.

I've been playing with gold stocks, but lately they have been a little too volatile....since I don't know the gold market, and what moves the stocks one way or the other, I just play them intraday. These NY stocks are SO much better behaved than Nasdaq.

They actually obey indicators that I watch.....Unlike stuff like EMLX, QLGC, which snub their noses at such triflings like severely overbought RSI/Stochastics.

I've been burned so many times (overnight) in the past months by upgrades on stocks I'm shorting, or downgrades on stocks I'm long....that I just flip stocks intraday, and only hold neutral stuff like the QQQ's. The other thing I hold are options....If I decide to short/long something as a swing play, I use options, and the downside is minimal.

Checking on wireless plays at the moment: they've been pounded lately. NXTL, AWE, PCS. Should get at least a dcb out of them in the near future.

Also stalking some natural gas producers.

Cheers.
