Microsoft is busy with other stuff that is much more important than a mere "64-bit" marketing label. Think, what is one very important feature that modern PCs lack these days? Practical voice recognition, real high-speed access to the internet, worry free virus/worm security, seamless ability to control/monitor home functions (heat, TV, stereo, etc.), and the ability to support games in Pixar quality resolution.. ;-)
