I agree with that. Many people made a great deal of money in it, too.

Where we might disagree is that I don't think the pension issue is central; lots of Enron employees did very well, all things considered. Furthermore, they had a choice whether to participate in the 401-K, knowing full well that to do so was putting more eggs in the same "basket" as their employment.

A lot of investors including CAPers and I think FLA Pers as well as individuals and I think Janus Fund owned a big chunk of Enron, this of course based on the prestigious Arthur Anderson accounting that confirmed it was a great company in which to invest.
