From the chart of J we can see the stock is currently trading under all it's major MA's and has resistance @$.18 it's 20EMA. The chart indicators are bearish but the NR from Friday of a financing arrangement could be a sign of things to come.

CORPORATE UPDATE
All the resolutions put before Jaguar International shareholders at its
annual and special meeting of members held on Friday, Jan. 11, 2002, were
adopted. Significantly, shareholders adopted a resolution that approves the
option and licence agreement with NanoPharm AG of Germany to acquire a
worldwide field of use licence to certain nanoparticle technologies for the
treatment of brain cancer (reported in Stockwatch on Sept. 28, 2001).
Shareholders also approved a resolution to change the name of the company
to Advectus Life Sciences Inc.
