Dave, think about this. The ABM treaty was basically between the US and Russia. If Russia is now our friend and China is..........as we look about everywhere except under rocks...........our only real enemy........self proclaimed by US as in you and our Gov't. And we tear up the treaty, and increase defense spending and build a shield, what message are we sending them, that we love them?
