No one has mentioned any problems with customer service or technical support.

If you read back you will find a number of comments about them. It is not IB's strongest suit. They have limited staff as you might expect considering their fees. If there is ever a system wide problem, it can be hard to reach them. Fortunately, that is not very frequent.
