QCT Makes Live Calls with its 3G UMTS-compliant Test Mobile At the 3GSM World Congress in Cannes (February 19-22), we will demonstrate the QUALCOMM 3G UMTS-compliant Test Mobile by placing voice calls using a QCT test mobile the size of an existing GSM handset. This test mobile incorporates the MSM5200 baseband processor, the RFR5200 receive and RFT5200 transmit chips, and the PM1000 power management chip, samples of which are available now. The MSM5200 solution supports the Third Generation Partnership Project Frequency Division Duplex (3GPP FDD) mode of WCDMA—the technological underpinning for UMTS—and provides a peak data rate of 384 kilobits per second (kbps). Why doesn't DK-double-W talk about forty-fold increases?? Better than ten-fold, and only four-fold more, minor stuff?? Like from raisin sized organs to real functioning stuff?? Maybe they are in the wrong, or actually the right business, just wating for any future strategies of applying vacum pumps and severing those strings holding up those balls?? Ilmarinen It is fun how the poker players must at least try to reveal some cards if they cannot but announce another one?? But as one cannot be that simply simplistic, one better shuffle the stuff to make it more believable?? Btw, Finland has another intersting thing going on, a new operator, no cost of ripping out old equipment, just the cost of putting in the new stuff dnafinland.fi english variations provided here and there, limited edition it seems, as dnafinland.fi
