Excellent, that is what the Judeofascist thought-police are trying to stamp out. What we are witnessing is not a clash of civilisations but the imposition of one civilisation on another, and the resistance that follows from that. Yes, indeed. I like the Western culture, but I suspect I am biased because I grew up in it. The massive wealth I have access to is another factor. So, I am suspicious of selfish attempts to impose one culture on another. Is it any wonder that, as Malcolm X said in another context, the chickens have come home to roost? Or, as I said on Sept. 11. The clash of civilisations theory also implies that the clash is between a superior civilisation and an inferior one. But it was Islamic civilisation that, through its achievements in mathematics, geography, medicine, literature, art and architecture, helped to advance European civilisation.".... Now I realize that you did not write that but its not a great stretch to feel that you believe that. So, I thought that islam was a religion not a civilization and I was not aware that islam ( the religion ) had any achievements in those things mentioned. I wonder if you could show proof of above statement. Do you even know if mohammed could read and write??.. Looks to me like the islam religion is advancing backwards. Don't no about you but I don't want to go back to living in caves, I like radio & TV, like music, I like it that women and little girls are treated like humans in my country. Now that I think of it I'm not so sure that islam is even civilized let alone a civilization. Lorne

Remember the Mujahideen of Afghanistan and their mutual slaughter? Have we ever condemned them for their excesses? Have we demanded international intervention or retribution against them? Do you know how the Saudis treat their minority Shiis? Have we protested the violation of their rights?
