It might be, but I don't think so.

So far the only thing that has come to light is donations, big ones, on both sides (though more to Republicans). There is no indication that the Bush people did anything to try to help them, and in fact it appears so far that they refused to help.

Stuff could still come out, but so far so good on the political front. We are at a time in our history where a domestic political scandal would not be a good thing for the country.

Not allowing those poor people to sell their 401K stock is worth jail time for them.
