Art: Based on my limited experience with NXLC, today's volume of a bit more than a million shares is about par for the last several months. There seems to be steady buying and the stock trades between $6.50 and $7.50. I have not way of judging its relative merits other than to agree with the Barron's article for the most part. I don't think the Supreme Court will reverse the lower court's ruling in Nextwave's favor which means that some more wheeling and dealing is likely regarding its spectrum claims. But I think it is a good speculation based on that prospect.
