The article you cite dates from 1998. To some extent (I'm not in a position to judge how much), Post-Zionism is being followed again by Zionism, driven by Arafat's reaction to Camp David.

What, the peace efforts created more human suicide bombers? or occupation would have reduced their formation??

Yes and yes. Bombers need a hopeful environment, where the people support them and the enemy's weakness encourages them. As Mao said, "We trade [i.e. shoot] when trading is profitable and stop when it is not."

If you offer compromises to someone who rationally accepts the need for compromise, you will get peace. If you offer the same compromise to someone steeped in an ethos where compromise is only a sign of weakness and the "other" has no existential right to exist, you will not get peace. Your show of weakness will only encourage further aggression.

Many of your words have shown that you understand where Arafat is coming from, but I still do not think you have understood the implications of your own words. If Arafat really is pursuing the destruction of Israel, offering him compromises is a very bad mistake. As we now see.
