Who will be paying Enron's massive legal bills...? How could Enron's Board fail to provide any reasonable oversite...? Enron created a regulatory black hole and no one seems to have held the management team accountable. IMHO, Enron's Board and its accountants were asleep at the switch or were committing fraud and just trying to keep quiet about it. Enron's 'perfect storm' is starting to demonstrate a PERVASIVE FAILURE of good corporate governance. Those that are truly accountable should pay a price (and i'm not just talking about paying back ALL the money they made illegally off of stock options)...It's a good thing I'm not the judge...=) Regards, Scott

Hi RR, I sometimes wonder what it's like living in such deep denial. How can one relentlessly cling to a position regardless of the facts? Worse, how can one make a spectacle of themselves & revel in publicly attacking others who dare use truth, logic, facts & reason to debunk their flawed perception of reality? I would feel so ashamed to have to ignore cold hard facts while publicly lying, deceiving & demonizing others in order to justify a clearly flawed POV. Simply amazing :-( I'll say it again. There's nothing wrong with believing in a liberal political philosophy. It's completely another matter to have an extremely liberal perception of reality to cling to one's POV............... political or otherwise. OOF Ö¿Ö
