I know about placing stops...but in nine months of trading futures, the worst loss I ever had on a stop with Interactive Brokers was a point....how the hell could I possibly know that I might take a forty point loss...I would have thought it impossible....what is the most you have ever lost on a stop?...

I'm really curious.....I would like to hear how much the most is that other people have ever lost on a stop....I used to think IB was great..now I'm not so sure.

Open question..please respond...I would like to hear from people what the most they have ever lost on a stop on a futures contract is... I just took a forty point loss on a stop on nq futures trade and previously my largest loss on a stop was a point...

I really want to hear from others what their largest loss in points has been on a stop order on a futures trade... can anybody tell me they have ever taken even CLOSE to a forty point loss on a stop..
