rok - don't give it up: the 1650 spike on the big contract has been nixed.
If they can do it fore the big one, they can do it for the mini.
File a complaint to all possible instances.
CFTC, Globex, CME, NFA, FIA.... Ralph Nader.
Fight for it.

I saw the same thing happen with the ES overnight at the top ~9/1/00 .. ran up the ES thirty or 40 points.
