oT - how th did you do succeed to format the data? I sure hope you did not have to count blanks?! TIA for the answer. I dont have access to my Internet corner except when Im home, so I could not post the XLS - takes care of the formatting for me;

Re data - if you look up the original, you'll find out they dont sum up to 100% (huh!?) The perpetrator got some "Others" line into the table, that sort of did it - I took it out. It does not change the argument anyhow.

This kind of a question and answer is what I like: nobody has the divine right to the ultimate truth. Open source, open minds, open ears, open society.
