Sorry Carl, but All Arabs over 18, living in Israel, have the right to vote. Many vote for the Israeli Labor Party instead of their own, often corrupt, parties.

Bilow, if Israel granted 100% voting rights to all Arabs - the Knesset would go the way of the PLO - as the Arabs & Jewish liberals would be 51% - so sometimes - like in places such as Israel, S. Africa, & Zimbabwe, it may make sense not to have 100% of the folks voting
