I get the impression that Jerry strongly considered dumping (or at least drastically lowering selling prices to move out extra quantity) but was talked out of it somehow. If you recall his interview midquarter, he strongly, strongly suggested that shipments could be in excess of 8.0 million.

With the sudden shift to higher ASPs at the expense of market share, I am very interested in finding out what is happening behind the scenes at this company.
