I like the philosophy behind the NAIC. Especially the use of the SSG as a screening tool. But I have to be honest, some of the things that the company has put forth have really gotten under my skin. I use to work in the local Chapter and did the web pages. I think the group has strayed from its roots a bit.

I have pretty much ignored the BI magazine now. I can't believe some of the stocks that it will pick as the Stock of the Month. I know they will suggest that these stocks shouldn't be considered for investments but more as a learning tool. But, there have just been a few too many questionable stocks appearing for my tastes.

I am totally committed to using the SSG as a tool. But other than that, I'm a little disappointed in what the NAIC has to offer.

Figured since we were ranting<G>.
