Hi Dave, I acknowledge the Hal problems, but I think if you view the many bucket charts you will see that HAL is still in the trough. Just a matter of time before Hal climbs the ladder...

Dave...there is a possible way out of the asbestos mess...

If there is a continuation of the slide of HAL, and DOW Chemical (DOW) and possibly 3M . then the House members of those companies home states may push to get some legislative relief. If this were a combined effort of Texas, Michigan and Minnesota it would not be viewed as a bail out of the oil patch. The problem is Enron....no Republican can be seen as helping out an oil company at the current time.

Two stocks that I have been looking at for the past two weeks are HAL, and DOW (Dow Chemical).Every week they get cheaper.
Right now KM looks like a safer play. By the way HAL has got a relative strength of 2...KM a R/S of 1...
