Bob,

Maybe you could talk to you past associates and suggest to them that they must have their heads where the sun doesn't shine a lot if they allow this particular subpoena to be responded to.

You make an excellent point, Bob...

I seriously fear identity theft or credit card fraud where he's concerned. He's stupid and desperate enough that if SI hands him a bunch of CC numbers, I would expect him to rack up charges on each and every card. He's already shown his tendency to misuse information he shouldn't have in the first place.

Frankly, I suspect something even worse. Whose to say, given this guy's apparent mental state, that if he does receive personal information, he wouldn't attempt something violent and physical in nature? This guy belongs in a padded cell or a jail cell, IMO.

For those of you who don't know, Dobry has already served a subpoena on RB/Lycos, requesting information about a rather odd mix of people. Sound familiar?

We've already moved to quash that subpoena. I think we'll prevail.

I seriously fear identity theft or credit card fraud where he's concerned.

And in one of the affidavits submitted in support of the motion to quash, Dobry has indeed been accused of identity theft.

Unfortunately, Dobry believes that everything that goes wrong in his life is someone else's fault. Time he was taught differently, along with his attorney, who apparently believes every lying word he utters.
