The $660M charge needs to be tax affected. .12 cents before tax, .08 cents after tax.

In other words, the "one billion dollar settlement" that was proposed to the court would only cost Microsoft $440 million after taxes.

Now if they would just triple the amount and make Microsoft pay it in cash, they might be onto something.
