Well, Chris, I'd like to think that since you are an attorney with integrity who would never file a subpoena to harass anyone, that it would be fruitless and legally costly for anyone to not honor one of yours. In this particular case, it might even be advantageous for SI to get dragged into court over it. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure so to speak. In any event, the TMRT court ruling should be sufficient legal justification for their actions not to honor it (at least temporarily until they receive further compelling information about each person, as AOL requires) if SI doesn't want to say it was strictly an internal call.
