Hi B.K. Yes, I was downloading from dialpad.com and the weird thing is that when they use to have the free service, I had the dial pad installed and for some reason I don't have it anymore. I did inform them of this but I still haven't heard from them yet. Do you think that the ActiveX message is causing the problem - to freeze in the middle of the download? Since it is dialpad would you consider it safe to enable that feature just for this download? By the way, how do you like the service? I bought a $10 credit to use for calls to England.
