Actually 1 billion in MSFT products would be, depending on the product mix, something in the neighborhood of 200-300 mill on a gross margin basis. There would be no tax adjustment because legal settlements and fines are not deductible. The legal expenses referred to by MSFT in the .08 cent charge would be the cost of the litigation (lawyers fees and such). I think this may be singled out at this time to show the Admin that this litigation has real costs and directly effects the tech market and market in general and is just another tax on industry being applied at precisely the wrong point in the economic cycle.
