I wonder if SI would be liable for any damages that come to the members of SI, due to the release of private information ? Many of those listed on the subpoena have no knowledge of who Marchese is, so I fail to understand the relevance of the subpoena. As you know, Pugs has been known to take retribution against others on the threads. Perhaps they would be interested in hearing from people who have been subjected to the harassment and threats he has already made. I shudder to think what travesties he would commit, with the information. I don't understand SI at all. They didn't even take the time to determine if there was a valid reason for betraying their customers ? Some privacy policy !!!!
