Joan, it is possible for a zebra to change its stripes. Casaubon's reply was really too subtle. If you look at the monthly chart, you will see the effects of a company involved in, let's say, limiting the opportunity for price competition. I haven't looked at the company in years and couldn't tell you if they learned from the experience. I do notice a lot of interesting commercials on CNBS for their concept. Probably has a lot to do with this past attack on their subsidies: ccsi.com But, then, maybe not. In any case, it is just ancient FA stuff that may have little to do with the present, and certainly not whether that monthly chart reflects a current double top or the potential for a rising wedge breakout.
