GUys I have caught pieces of this discussion BUt we are all the first to pat one another on the back for finding a 2 cent gem that runs to a buck. and yes there are victums there - people slel to us and forgo big gains. SO why is shorting a $5 POS any different. it sie exectly the same it is a stock that is valued wrong just like above and its value will change soon once the story is out. I have absolutely no problem with anyone shorting a stock as long as it is on an uptick and legal. These LONGS can sell at any time - Remember that.
