In any event, the spell checker is sporadic.

If I enter -

internet
Internet
infospace
Infospace

As single words, none are highlighted.

However, if I enter them all - internet, Internet, infospace and Infospace - as in this sentence, only Internet passes the test.

Then, if I enter -

internet and intjrnet - only the intjrnet is highlighted.

And, in internet and intjrnet - both are highlighted.

I don' know the logic of spell checkers, but it appears that if a misspelled word is the first word of a sentence, it is not highlighted as in the following.
