>>what do you mean you supplement it. you take an oil supplement of some sort?<<

craig, come on. when i eat hamburger i drain the fat away, enjoy the hamburger (containing some saturated fat) and then eat an appropriate amount of peanuts. or almonds. or i have a salad with an olive oil base.

I MOST ASSUREDLY DON'T DRAIN THE FRIGGIN' FAT AND DRINK IT WITH MY MEAL B/C IT IS SO GOOD!

glucose is required for normal brain and muscle function. you can either feed them to your body or you can withhold them so your body has to then go through a whole lot of inefficient process to create the glucose.

carbos aren't bad, too many carbos are.
saturated fat isn't bad, too much appears to be bad.
cholesterol ("bad" cholesterol is required to sustain life!) isn't bad, too much is bad.

moderation is key.

btw, where is your data that PROVES folks are healthier, feel better and lose weight faster when compared to the zone? you have none? ha ha ha ha! ;-)
