Sure, I would categorize the PC market more of a mature market than a growth market, but Intel is in the Semiconductor business.

The link above shows Intel has 15.5% of the market, up from 13% the previous year, I believe. Clearly, Intel has lot's of room to grow. This data point (15.5% market share) is one of the most important pieces of information for anyone analyzing Intel's investment potential, yet it is often totally ignored, and not just by the AMDroids.

As you know, Intel is on a torrid fab expansion plan, and no wonder, with Motorola shutting down fabs, it is easy to see business shifting from weak to strong players.

Of course, there is no guarantee orders will come in, but Intel is making sure the capacity is there. That's good.
