It looks like Intel's manufacturing roadmap shows a number of new factories in the future. It's amazing that all these facilities will come online over the next few years, and yet AMD has still not announced a partner to help them build their third fab.

Thanks for posting that article.

In reality, Intel is a little further along than that article indicates. I believe their first 300 MM wafer fab is already qualified for shipping product - and is generating excellent yields on 0.13 micron/copper 300 MM wafers.
