Thank you, but doesn't that slightly weaken the argument that main stream news outlets wont mention defensive gun use? After all MSNBC is not exactly known as a bastion of conservatism.

But maybe it doesn't. One mention amid all of the news stories I have seen isn't exactly shouting the news from the rooftops.
