It is safe to say that I hold my shorts with a certain amount of trepidation. I said last night that 1975-2000 wouldn't surprise me a bit. VIX at 22ish can hold for a couple of days....if history has any say in this.

OK, so, let's talk about the housing market. Too bad we don't have anybody on the thread who knows anything about it....:-)

Bunch of the builders came in with good numbers today....surprisingly good. I think that Alan G. suggested that the combo of good weather and pleasant interest rates had something to do with it.

So, the question is, did they rob peter to pay paul in the housing industry? What if interest rates go up? Will that effect the revs and earnings?
