Building business is great..double great in fact.
The big guys Toll LEN jsut keep on ticking.
I think lots of folks got out of the market and put it($$) in Real Estate...
South Florida the 300 to 500 thousand dollar market is on fire..
We had a development sold 140 house in 10 years..Yours truly got involved sold 98 homes in 9 months over 50 million in business..

We've never let that stop us on any other subject before. :-)

To maybe answer your last question, the real estate market here in SIlicon Gulch is definitely cyclical. A few years ago sellers got multiple bids on their property. Now it takes many months to get one. The high end of the market ($1,000,000+ here) was booming. Now it's a desert. Apartments were scarce and drew bids. Now rental rates are collapsing and and owners are offering incentives to renters.

And this is just another turn of the wheel. Anybody who has been here any length of time has seen it before.

But how can you know nothing about real estate? You don't own? You don't rent?
