Talk about selective memory. Do you have any idea of the amount of times Clinton's cronies said Republicans would "starve children", "starve the elderly" and "polute the water" if we tried to balance the budget in 7 years, 8 years, 9 years, oh I mean 10 years?
It took 4.

Thanks for supporting my point with additional detail.

From my earlier post...during the Clinton years the surpluses exceeded the White House Budget Office [and CBO] prior year estimates.

Seems pretty clear that my memory is quite good. Thanks.

*******************************

It's also hilarious the only government agency Clinton despised, hid from as a draft dodger, and tried to ruin, is now the new shining example of what a great legacy he left us.

It's hard to tell exactly where the sarcasm/criticism ends in this passage. Are you saying that the military did an abysmal job in Afghanistan and that's the legacy that Clinton left....are you saying that the near 80% usage of precision weaponary that that resulted in the lowest non-combatant casualty rate ever was the abysmal legacy that Clinton left. Are you saying that's Rumsfeld request to close additional US bases reflected that Clinton didn't shut them down early enough.?

Any spin will do these days to help save the former congenital liar and sex predator from his real legacy.

Don't Democrats realize clinging to Clinton's dress is not going to work politically. He already cost Democrats the House, nearly the Senate, and the Presidency.

I suspect it will take a complete Republican landslide before they will turn on their King. So many of them are used to bending at the knees and adulating him it's an ingrained behavior.

Pretty silly nonsense.
