Earlie, I think he sees it ... it's just that people have a cow if he mentions it. Witness the farce over his comments last week.

Best,
Terry

Earlie, >>The number of small industrial buildings and warehouses that are for sale is also rising very rapidly.

The warehouses in the Minneapolis western suburbs are selling for cents on the $. One of my acquaintances is buying them for "nothing". During the last recession he bought up dock space on a lake near here and some warehouse properties for boat storage. During the 90's he could not meet the demand for storage so he is picking up more space since the boat is the 2nd to the last thing to go with these folks. A lot of the people living on the lake is old money and will not realize there is a recession. <g>

Earlie, >> Greenspan can suggest that the economy is showing signs of rebounding

Thought he said he saw signs of stabilization. Have assumed CNBC and Wall Street are putting the rebound spin on his speech. Wish one of the senators would have asked AG specifically which indicators he watches that tell him stabilization is occurring.

Earlie,

My brother works for Microsoft as a networking specialist.
He had a very slow calendar until just recently. According to him business is picking up and his calendar is getting
back to normal.
