did u notice the interesting activity on QQV, VXN and VIX yesterday?
they all closed substantially lower.
QQV dropped uniformily thruout the morning
VXN hung around then precipitously dropped mid morning
(while QQQ/NDX and COMPX closed negative)
and VIX close noticeably lower (lowest it's been since mid 2001)
(while $OEX is well off it's recent highs)

and of note is that OEX, QQQ and NDX option volume was noticeably lower yest.
BUT... MNX volume was 2x NDX volume (taking into acct the contract size diff),
and the last 2 days volume is about 2x it's average daily volume.
