the ultimate "good enough" company. even it it took them a decade to get to the Mac's level of user-friendliness.

Unfortunatley, the Mac OS didn't evolve that much during that 10 year period. OSX does give them a fighting chance though.

Gates only understands the psychology of sheep. (Is that what you meant?) And unfortunately, the mass of the public are sheep because they don't know what's really better for them and they always believe the rich guy babbling his head off with BS as opposed to listening to what is really happening behind the scenes. All the spineless PC oems (CPQ, DELL, IBM etc..; greed and ethics don't mix here) gave in to Microsoft's blackmail tactics in getting them to bundle its office products with the OS thereby choking the life out of superior products like Wordperfect and especially Lotus. Any you seriously want anyone to believe you can use an adjective like "good" when talking about "Microsoft".
