Dale, you are very wrong, you look at my general cash position, and it tracks perfectly my opinion (and thus got erroneously high in mid November, because the model called for a weak December). The Q never accounts for more than 10% of the assets in play. Some stocks do not even obey the market's swings (like AGM, POOL and few others that I have labelled for a long time now as "core holding"), they do get sold if stop losses are reached, like any other holdings however, whatever the market model is. As we reached 1880 last week, the cash position declined to under 20% (very bullish) and by the time we got half way (1950 or so) to the top of what I expect this mini bounce to carry us to, it increased back to about 44% and will go to 60% and possibly more when the model calls for another decline to come (expected by the middle of next week, volatile markets still). Don't blame me for the market volatility.
