Well, the Soviets wound up giving a lot of stuff back, and the Yugoslavians never seem to be satisfied with any arrangement they make. My guess is that Northern Ireland will eventually become part of Ireland again, but who knows when?

Actually, a lot of people think that China should give back Tibet. But nobody wants to start a war with China over it. The Dalai Lama recently expressed a desire not to be reincarnated in Tibet unless it was free.
