Elmer, 140 per wafer that can hold over 200 seems a reasonable yield to me. I would expect a higher yield, but I defer to your knowledge.
My numbers are rough estimates and cover all speed grades.

Did it ever occur to you how stupid your harping about low AMD yields may look if you are wrong? Fab30 is in the middle of 130nm and SOI conversion. Let's talk about yields in a production (not demand) limited environment after the 130nm conversion is complete. Until then, lay low -- You really have no clue.
