Elmer, 140 per wafer that can hold over 200 seems a reasonable yield to me. I would expect a higher yield, but I defer to your knowledge. My numbers are rough estimates and cover all speed grades. Bill

<If you believe that you need to explain why AMD didn't produce 8190000 Athlons from F30 alone while running at an average of 90% in Q4. I know, I know, they were using half their fab for process development.....<G> Riiiiiight!> Did it ever occur to you how stupid your harping about low AMD yields may look if you are wrong? Fab30 is in the middle of 130nm and SOI conversion. Let's talk about yields in a production (not demand) limited environment after the 130nm conversion is complete.
