Now what good could it possibly due to put this woman on the tube...sounds like o-lay is trying to have his case heard in the court of public opinion (rather than the real court). Of course they're "trying to avoid personal bankruptcy"....NOT! They have everything to gain (including those juicy offshore accounts) by going BK, leaving the crumbs to their creditors/litigants and saving the goodies for themselves!
