Hi Quincy, Here's a .pdf that is a bit hard to follow, but that has some very interesting things to say about the disconnect between the market price and market signals in the CA power markets last year. Interestingly, McCullough goes after Cal-ISO for its lack of transparency. It seems that the entire market structure was an incredible f~ck-up. I agree with you that Davis has been scapegoated for political purposes. It's a damn shame that the California electorate may just buy the lie. puc.state.or.us
